The extra virgin olive oil from our olive groves is the star of the tasting experience. We will let you discover the citrus, spicy, fruity notes that oil reveals in the glass, and then surprise you with its presence in preserves, pickles and as a condiment for the best products of the territory.

In the organic garden, every step is an encounter with unspoilt nature. Crops are grown without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilisers or genetically modified organisms. Biodiversity is enhanced, and the presence of aromatic plants, flowers and beneficial insects contributes to a unique ecological balance. The art of organic farming is based on knowledge of natural cycles and the seasons: each sowing and harvest is dictated by the rhythms of nature, respecting the timing and balance of the earth.
Adopt an olive tree and enjoy the oil produced.
Experience the thrill of owning an authentic olive tree in the picturesque Sicilian countryside. You can adopt one or more trees and share them with family or friends.
With our 12-months programme, you will be constantly updated on the status of your olive tree via email, keeping you connected to the Masseria’s countryside. And it doesn’t end there: if you are in Sicily, you will have the opportunity to visit your tree in person and participate in the olive harvest.
For each olive tree you adopt you will receive every year, by subscription, the extra virgin olive oil produced, which increases every year as the olive tree grows.

Nestled in the beautiful setting of Monreale, our educational farm offers an unforgettable experience for young and old alike. You will have the opportunity to learn through play, coming into contact with rural life and the Sicilian countryside, discovering the cycle of the seasons, the cultivation of the vegetable garden and the fascinating world of farm animals. We care for our animals with love and dedication. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet horses, sheep, goats, chickens and many other cute furry friends. Animal wellbeing is important to us, and you can observe their natural environment in which they grow up peacefully.
